Can I get a refund?
It depends. If you purchased an adventure within the Adventure Clubs app, then possibly. Keeping reading below to find out more.
If your RSVPd an adventure published on the Adventure Clubs app but did not pay through the app, then your should deal directly with the business that you purchased from. Adventure Clubs won’t be able to help seek refunds for adventures that weren’t purchased within the app.
How do I know it was purchased in the app?
Key ways to know:
- The adventure has a host on the description and a price tag
- On the RSVP screen, there is a calculated figure based on how many your RSVP and the button says Confirm & Pay
- Once you pay in app, a receipt is sent to your inbox and an e-ticket appears on the adventure
Can I receive a refund if it’s beyond 24 hours of the start time?
If you have purchased an adventure within the app, you can make changes to both increase and decreased RSVPs beyond 24 hours of the start time at any time. If you need to cancel one or more RSVPs, tap into the adventure then tap “Change RSVP” and adjust the numbers. The app will calculate the difference and issue a refund with no penalty. If you need to cancel all RSVPs for that adventure, scroll down to where it says “Can’t Make It” and tap that then confirm. A full refund for your entire payment will begin for you.
We will automatically refund the amount paid back onto the card you paid with originally. Seriously! There are exceptions to the 24 hours rule some host require, especially when it comes to food prep, preparing materials beforehand or their need to confirm numbers; when this happens the adventures RSVPs lock and cannot be changed after the lock time. If the adventure you booked is locked, it says in the last lines of the adventure description when it locks so you are in the know!
Can I receive a refund within 24 hours of the start time?
The Adventure Clubs app allows changes to RSVPs within 24 hours of the start time (unless locked; see above). Adventures are date specific events and are subject to a 20 percent cancellation fee within 24 hours of the published start time.
Can I receive a refund within one hour of the start time?
The Adventure Clubs app does not allow changes to RSVPs within one hour of the start time or after the lock time. Adventures are date specific events and are non-refundable within one hour of the published start time or lock time or any time thereafter. An adventure is only valid on the specific date and time you choose at the time of purchase. If the adventure eticket is not used on the specific date, the entire value is forfeited where permissible by law. No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss the adventure.
Cancelation or postponed adventures?
We try our best to work with Hosts that go above and beyond, but sometimes adventures are postponed or canceled. When a Host needs to change key information, each Adventurer will receive a message and push notification.
Canceled adventure: If an adventure is canceled and not rescheduled, you will automatically be refunded the full purchase amount.
Rescheduled adventure. If an event is rescheduled, the adventurer can cancel their RSVP beyond 24 hours of the newly published start time or beyond the lock time and receive a full refund. We will never reschedule an adventure within 24 hours of the start time, so you will always have an opportunity to make a change if you need to.
Replacement of performers. Opening acts, individual performers and particular acts participating in an adventure are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice.

Are etickets transferable?
No; eTickets are not transferable to another user or redeemable for cash.
